Download build script tools

All the tools are scripts which require GNU bash 2.xx or newer. GNU coreutils, GNU sed 4.xx and GNU wget also required.

An up to date .tgz is currently not available. Check the individual scripts yourself from ftp://ftp.tukaani.org/tukaani/source/tools/, thank you.
